Holographisches Windspiel 2.0

Light-fog-installation, Churer Tor, Feldkirch

Fog rises at the Churer Tor in Feldkirch. Natural air currents interact with light to form dancing, constantly changing sculptures of mystical beauty. In their transience, they manifested a short-lived, plastic-seeming presence that was at the same time immaterial and tangible. When the fog lifted, the projections scanned the urban environment, briefly becoming part of the architecture before the fog recaptured them. With the installation “Holographic Wind Chimes 2.0”, the Swiss artist collective ArtificialOwl led by Jan Raphael Knieza creates an ephemeral world: a dream-like, enchanting situation in which the audience is immersed and by which it is gently embraced. The simple fascination of light, fog and sound makes you marvel and discover something new again and again.
